Coaching
While therapy and coaching serve different purposes, they can work closely together to provide a holistic approach to personal growth. Therapy can be an essential step in addressing and resolving emotional and psychological challenges that lay the foundation for personal growth and development. Coaching can build upon this foundation, helping us set and accomplish meaningful goals.
The work focuses on the present and on the future: clarifying goals, identifying and pushing through obstacles, and executing plans of action. Coaching helps to develop the skills to become more emotionally present, have greater relational clarity and communicate with precision.
