While I am not on any insurance panels, I can still provide reimbursable services if your insurance company provides out-of-network benefits. I can create a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

I can be reached by phone at 415-262-0214 or by email at I do my best to return messages within 24 hours.

If you do not attend a scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Sessions usually last 50 minutes for individuals, and either 50 or 60 minutes for couples.

In terms of length of treatment, your unique factors will influence the duration of your therapy. For some, therapy spanning the course of several months is sufficient. For others, a treatment over the course of years is appropriate.

Traditionally, therapy sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis. However, over the years, I have found that every other week meetings can often be just as effective. Depending on the issues that are being worked on in the therapy, the frequency of sessions will be determined and can be modified at any time during the process.

I am available for online therapy, or tele-therapy via Zoom, FaceTime, and by phone. Besides the flexibility of scheduling, and the convenience that this offers, this modality of treatment has been proven to be highly effective. Patients often tell me that their online experience is surprisingly more satisfying and effective than in-person therapy.

I am available to meet for in person/ face-to-face sessions at my Union Street office in the Marina District of San Francisco.
